Kitchen elements at nobilia-Werke

On 4 front lines and 11 carcase lines, our ColourBrain^Ⓡ Edge inspection systems are each integrated into two double-sided IMA edge banding machines. In the first pass, two component edges are inspected, then turned 90° and the other two edges inspected. After the first edge inspection, the surface of the components is inspected on both sides by a ColourBrain^Ⓡ Furniture System. In addition, edging systems for long parts (stranded goods) are in use in 4 lines.
 

Batch Size 1 kitchen elements at Veneta Cucine

These batch size 1 production lines are equipped with ColourBrain^Ⓡ Edge inspection systems with 3D technology. The components pass through a single-sided IMA edging machine in four passes. The system receives all necessary part data from Sirio.
