Automatic optical inspection of printed decor paper for foil wrapped furniture panels. At production speed up to 450 m/min with highest resolution. Cameras and illumination in different orientation detects smallest defects like scratches, spots of dirt, gloss variation and variations in embossing. This system is integrated in the roller mill.
