Our selection process:

We would like to find out whether you are suitable for us and whether we are suitable for you in an individual process. Usually, we apply the following three steps in various forms to make sure that the process is as simply and targeted as possible for both sides.

1st step: Teams interview

Initially it is important that we get to know each other and get a first impression of each other. A video call via Teams is the most suitable to keep things as uncomplicated as possible.

2nd step: Personal meeting

If both sides continue to be interested, a personal meeting on location follows. In this meeting you will be welcomed by your potential team leader and the responsible HR supervisor. Part of the personal meeting may be a practical task that will show you which responsibilities await you on the job. In this meeting we look forward to a more in-depth professional exchange and you can ask all your questions. In addition to the professional topics, the cultural fit is also very important to us. In addition, we want to give you an insight into the work environment and your future workplace through a company tour. For potential colleagues in the area of production and logistics we offer instead a trial work day. This helps you get to know your colleagues and the job on a practical basis.

3rd step: Second meeting

In the second meeting you will have the opportunity of getting to know your future colleagues over a cup of coffee and to interact with them. Here you can again address all your questions and unresolved issues. It is important to us that you make your decision based in well-founded information.
